Vibe to Production · Cohort 1

Turn the problem you know into a live product.

Four meetings. You bring what you know about your industry. We give you the tools and teach you to direct the AI agents that do the building. You finish with a product that's live, secure and can take payment. Ten places in two groups of five. £500. Starts Monday 2 November.

Who it's for

People in industry who have lived a problem and want to turn it into a business, without the time or the technical team to do it the usual way.

It's for you if

  • You've seen a problem up close that your industry hasn't solved.
  • You have an idea to fix it, but no time or technical team.
  • You can give it 3 to 5 hours a week.
  • You'd rather learn by shipping than by planning.

It isn't for you if

  • You're a developer looking for a coding course.
  • You want it built for you. We do that too: see Done for you.
  • You don't have a problem in mind yet.
Real engineering

Fast to build. Built to last.

AI tools will build you something that works on your screen. What they leave out is everything you'd only know to ask for after years of building software. You can't ask for what you don't know is missing. These are the things vibe-coded apps usually miss:

Security

Where the keys live. Who can see what. Whether one customer can read another customer's data.

Performance

Whether it still works with 500 people on it, not just you.

Reliability

Backups, monitoring, and knowing it's down before your customers tell you.

Payments and data

Taking money and holding personal data the way the law expects.

Built in from the first meeting. Your starter app arrives with these done properly, and your agents work to the same engineering standards we use on our own products.

Four meetings. Each one leaves something live.

You go public in the first meeting and build up from there. Between meetings, the homework is always the same idea: put what you have in front of real people.

Meeting 0
Set up and go publicMonday 2 November, both groups together. Your tools and agent kit set up. We story-map your idea down to a first offer. Your landing page with a waiting list goes live, and you open your payment account so it's ready later.Homework: share your page with your network. Done when the page is live and collecting names.
Meeting 1
Skeleton liveA first version of your product, deployed: sign-in and the one screen that does the core job.Homework: show it to the people on your waiting list. Done when real people have tried it and told you what they think.
Meeting 2
Sharpen the offerWhat people said reshapes your offer, your price and your page. Then the must-haves get built.Homework: finish the must-haves and draft your launch post. Done when a stranger can read your page and get it.
Meeting 3
LaunchPayments switched on, your waiting list invited, your launch post out. Then we look at what comes next.Live Done when your product is live and can take money.

Your offer will change. Probably more than once. That's the programme working, not failing. You start with a first guess and let real people correct it.

What you have at the end

A first paying customer is what we push for at launch. We can't promise it, and we won't pretend to.

A live product

On the web, doing its core job, with sign-in.

Payments switched on

Ready to take money from the first customer who wants it.

A waiting list

Real people who asked to hear from you, built up since day one.

A tested offer

Shaped by what people told you, not just your hunch.

One meeting a week. Help every day.

The meeting is 1.5 hours with your group of five, on Mondays or Fridays, whichever you choose. A short lesson, then we work through where each of you is. Meeting 0 is everyone together. Every meeting is recorded.

Discord is where the tools live and where you get help between meetings, from Mike and from the rest of the group. Nobody stays stuck for a week.

Your time: 3 to 5 hours a week, the meeting included.

What you get

  • The agent kit we use to build our own products
  • A starter app with sign-in, payments and hosting already wired up, and done properly
  • Engineering standards built into your agents: security, performance and testing, so the AI does it properly, not just quickly
  • Hosting for your product during the programme
  • Recordings of every meeting

What you bring

  • A problem from your industry you want to fix
  • A laptop and 3 to 5 hours a week
  • A paid Claude subscription, bought separately from Anthropic

Check your employment contract. Many claim ownership of ideas related to your employer's business. Read yours before you start.

Not done after four meetings? Good.

Launch is the start, not the finish. Most people keep shaping their product and learning for months. You don't have to do that part alone.

The builders community
£50 a month
  • Keep your place on the Discord, with Mike and everyone who's been through it
  • Keep your product hosted with us
  • Keep using the tools and the agent kit as they improve

Optional. Cancel any month. Your code is yours either way, so you can always move it.

£500. Ten places. Four meetings.

It's low because this is the first run. In return we ask for honest feedback and, if it works for you, a short case study. Two groups of five, Mondays or Fridays, because five is how many people one meeting can really help. Starts Monday 2 November.

  1. Apply. A few short questions about your problem.
  2. Talk to Mike. 15 minutes, to check it's a fit both ways.
  3. Pay and join. You pick Mondays or Fridays and get your Discord invite.
Which group?
Can you give it 3 to 5 hours a week?
Do you have a paid Claude subscription?

We use your answers only to look at your application and get in touch about it.

Full refund up to Meeting 1. Pay by card, or ask for an invoice to your company.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code? No. You make the decisions and supply what you know about your industry. The agents write the code.
Isn't four meetings too fast? It's fast on purpose. You're live after the first meeting, and every week after that is about real people's reactions, not more planning.
What if I miss a meeting?Watch the recording and catch up on Discord. If you go quiet, Mike will message you.
What if I'm not done after four meetings? That's normal. Stay on in the builders community for £50 a month: the Discord, your hosting and the tools carry on, and you keep building with the group.
Who owns what I build? You do: the product, the code and the customers. Check your employment contract first.
What does it cost on top?A Claude subscription and, if you want one, a domain name. Hosting is included during the programme. After that, join the builders community for £50 a month to keep hosting, tools and the Discord, or move your product elsewhere.
Who runs it?Mike, founder of Wizewerx. 32 years building software for defence, banking and telecoms. He builds and runs our products with AI agents, the same way you'll build yours.
